Rental properties vary in utilities and may consist of all electric, or a combination of electric and gas/propane. Location depending will also vary on which utility companies service each property. This information will be provided during the approval process of the application and utility services deposits must be paid and activated prior to or date of possession
and keys retrieved to the residence. Please supply a copy of your receipt and/or activation account number(s) when picking up keys. PLEASE NOTE: REC electric and BOLT services require a landlord authorization form to activate services.
